I don’t normally write reviews, but I must say the people in the shoe department at the Roosevelt Field location, where really pretty great, very helpful & friendly, especially Mary. I must point out the one young girl with the really fake long eyelashes. Unfortunately I did not get her name, but she was the absolute worst, terrible attitude, took my info reluctantly and pretended to get the shoes I requested and never returned. She does not belong in customer service at all whatsoever, she is the reason why I didn’t give five stars.
