Excellent service, my 'go to' place to shop!
Customer Service
The customer service I received at this location was well below the normal standards. A manager lied to my face and was rude to my husband, over mishandling a return made by my stepdaughter. When she returned the dress she was told it had some dog hair and a rip and was not returnable, she does have a dog and should have made sure there was no hair on the dress, however there was NO rip. The dress unlike others had pockets which I believe the manager didn't realize. My stepdaughter got upset and stormed out without the dress. I returned with her shortly after to find out the dress was given away to another customer after she left the store. When I asked her if this was normal procedure and if she was authorized to make decisions like that. We refused the charge placed on the card. We feel this was not handled properly by both parties and NOT what we expected of this store in particular.
