I must say this place is AMAZING. I came in last min with a really Difficult item to etch. Sure enough they took care of it and were able to get it done and went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect.
I am coming back and telling everyone about this place.

Customer service
I would Give this place a zero rating if it were an option. Spent 68.00 to have a plate made for the front of the car, the adhesive wouldn’t hold (it was a laser cut tag) put it on the car and all the pieces fell off, took it off the car, brought it back.. three times this went on. The owner refused a refund and insinuated that I must be doing something to it. As if I wanted to damage an expensive tag I purchased and enjoyed putting it on and off the car three times. The only place it says all sales are final is at the bottom of your receipt once the purchase is already made. Beware. Terrible Customer Service!
Poor service
Called the store times,turned on speaker and the phone just rang until it was disconnected....never got an answer and it was only 7:15 on 3/22/17
Cannot imagine what it would be like to shop in there!
