Bad resolution
The store ordered sneakers for me online, 7 days later I called to check On the delivery and was informed that they cancelled my order. If I didn’t call to check I wouldn’t have known. It’s now 3 weeks later and I still have not received my refund, corporate head quarters told me 4 times they would be refunding the money last week and now I call to speak with a supervisor and they never get on the phone , tell me it’s all set and the store will take care of it now. Putting in a formal complaint
