Fraudukent Policy
My daughter bought several items at this store and was not given a receipt. She did not feel comfortable trying on the items because of Covid and the lax atmosphere in the store for personal safety. When we tried to return the items, the store refused because she did not have a receipt. A Catch-22. I showed the store "keyholder" (she said that made her the manager) the charge on my credit card but she said that was insufficient. Fraudulent!
