Ideal Image - Maple Grove, Minnesota 55369 - The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes

I was going on a trip, and decided at the last minute to get some Botox in my forehead. I wanted to look my best! I called around, to find out the price per unit, and whether I could get in quickly. The representative for Ideal Image told me on the phone that I was “in luck - Botox is on sale today for $9 a unit!” Wow, I thought. Other places in Maple Grove were charging $12 and $13 a unit. I was able to book an appointment within the hour, which was great. The staff were friendly and professional. However, I quickly found out that, in order to get the $9 per unit price, I would have to buy at least 100 units! (As if lots of people have $900 laying around to pay for this!) I was told I could “bank” the units for later. There was no “sale” that day - those were their regular rates. I was a victim of the old “bait and switch” tactic. I figured, I was there, and I might as well go through with it, so I did, for $13 a unit. I bought 26 units - 20 for the “eleven” lines between my eyes, and 6 for my forehead. I waited the full two weeks to get the full results. I’d had Botox twice before, from a salon in Wayzata, and had great results. These results were so disappointing! I had spent almost $300 for this. I went in for a follow-up, and they did nothing about it but offer me more (that I would have to buy, of course). They showed me the before and after photos they took, which clearly showed very minimal change. They still would do nothing! I had hoped to make Ideal Image my new Botox home, as it’s closer to my home. But, nope. Back to Wayzata I will go!
