I had an great experience, my phone was fixed less then no time. I recommend IFIX to anyone that needs their phone fixed.

Cheap off brand garbage. Low quality, useless trash. BEWARE. You get what you pay for!

Service was very fast on repair to iPhone 8. Phone was working properly when we arrived. Screen was replaced quickly. When phone was handed back, it showed no battery. It was 93 percent charged. I was able to send one text before it died. Charging didn't work. We then had to spend the rest of the afternoon at Verizon getting a new phone. Obviously, you can't stay in business and give this level of service. They claim this is an isolated case but somehow, I doubt this.

They fix my samsung S9 within 20 minutes. It was great. The price was way more cheaper than other repair stores. Thank you very much guys.

Employee was extremely rude and downright condescending. While the name of the store is iFix that is definitely not the service they provide. I dropped my phone off (iPhone se) paid 75 dollars and when I came back the screen was barely responsive. When I showed the employee this He took the opportunity to explain to me that my phone has always been like that I must be mistaken. Essentially they charged me 75 dollars to make my phone less functional and refused to do anything about it. Also they use the lowest quality replacement screens out there. The small phone repair kiosk near the food court offers better service, better employees, and better screens. Also I went a second time and was quoted 85 dollars for a screen repair on the same model phone so I guess whoever is working just comes up with an arbitrary price to charge the customer. Absolutely terrible experience being their customer and I would never recommend this place to a friend or do business with them again. Save yourself the trouble and waste of money.
