Non-Refundable Fee
I asked them to order a new screen for me, cost about $15, then their fee to install. I actually lost the phone and didn't need the screen. I was happy to pay for the screen, but get a refund for the rest. Nope, non-refundable. No company should have that policy. All it does it take advantage of people.
