The stylists are awesome but the manager could use with some customer service skills. She tried to fit me in with a stylist who was still coloring another client’s hair. In the meantime...there is someone free to do my hair but she told me that that stylist needs to watch a training video. Why can’t you schedule the training during quiet hours? It was so obvious she had her favorite stylist so she wants me to be with that one who was still busy. This is not the first time this happened. This time...I’m not having it! This salon have great stylists....so please....get your salon manager to be fair to everyone!
