After finding out 3 out of 4 hand sanitizers did not dispense any liquid (that's a 75% failure rate amid a covid 19 pandemic in a mall). Then I was confronted by a security guard @ 10:52 and required to leave the inside of the mall and only 8 minutes before the entire mall was to open...8 minutes!! Seems to me their priorities are somewhat out if line. I would think it would be more important to fill the hand sanitizers with the liquid than tell people to wait on the patio for for 8 minutes!
