Yesterday afternoon I was insulted by the store maneger( African-American/ with glasses ). When I ask her if I could try on the clothes, she responded in a very inappropriate way "will you be buying all of that". How can she carry a tittle if she doesn't know the first thing about customer service. They must train her again and show her the importance of customer service because in every retail they reinforce that.
