Unhappy Customer
Bought earrings there that salesperson said were 14 ct gold.. not at all!! After awhile the earrings turned totally black.. I took them back to be told they were silver with gold plate over them... no one ever told me this even after taking them in once before to be cleaned.. the manager finally offered to send them off to be steam cleaned or something.. well i got them back and yes they look nice for now. I asked how to clean them and was told to use a silver cleaning rag.. I asked for one there but they said I had to buy it!!!! I walked into another jewelery store and they GAVE me a cleaning rag to use.
I will never buy from them again.. total deceiving about their merchandise.
No one offered any kind of replacement or refund... a ripoff store!!!
