If I could give them a zero, I would, but I have given them one star. I have been to this store several times and left disappointed. I tried to order a particular bag and they said it was no longer made. A few days later I was able to order it on-line without a problem. Several months later I tried to purchase another bag and again they said it was not available. A friend suggested that I contact the store in Dallas who shipped it to me overnight. I have a problem with premature wear on a bag that was used only a few times. They want to charge to repair it because it is over the 30 day time limit in their policy. I do not recommend this store.
