Do NOT waste your time or money here. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE! They use bully tactics to persuade you into buying something or having to pay a dressing room fee. Everything about my experience was unethical, discriminatory, and completely disrespectful.

I went shopping for a dress earlier and was told to leave if I don’t pay upfront ? I wasn’t allowed to look at the clothing and after being called a “broke person” and spat at...yes you read that right, she spit at my feet. Stay away from this dump

This place is a joke.

Extremely rude sales person. Would not allow my daughter to try on bridesmaids dresses "without paying for it" (salesperson's words) What is that? Walked out. My daughter was upset. I went back into the store and told her how rude she had been and she kicked me out! Terrible experience, terrible store, terrible person.

I cannot believe we were told we were not allowed to look at the clothes, much less try them on!!! You don’t deserve a single star but that simply wasn’t an option... This was my 15 yo first dress shopping experience for her first dance and the woman at this store was soooo HORRIBLE TO US!! When we asked to see a dress from an upper rack after only having been there for 5 minutes or so, the awful woman told us that they were only open to buyers! Buyers?! I said, I need to look at it before I buy it- my daughter needed to try it on. With a dirty look on her face and a very rude tone, she told us no and repeated it was for buyers only. This is f***ing absurd! I don’t even know where to begin with how off putting this whole experience was! We were completely taken aback and offended... was it my jeans and sweatshirt? My 2 yo in the stroller?? Then, after leaving, I went to leave a review- warning others of the sheer disrespect and I FOUND COUNTLESS NEGATIVE REVIEWS ACROSS SEVERAL FORUMS!!! There are transphobic, homophobic, and even fat phonic stories- there are even claims of the physical removal of garments out from the hands of customers... Are you serious?? How on earth is this even happening??? With a store as bad as this, with reviews dating as far back as they do, WHY AM I IN THE POSITION OF HAVING TO BEG MY DAUGHTER TO GIVE ME ONE MORE CHANCE TO FIND THE PERFECT DRESS BEFORE SHE CANCELS HER PLANS COMPLETELY?? I would have checked the reviews before hand but have been shopping at Northtown Mall since it was built!!! This is a first for me and I’m near 40 years old... lesson learned!! I’ll gladly take my money elsewhere!! I don’t know what happened, or how they manage a business at all- but I plan to make it my mission to tell anyone and everyone that will listen about this horrendous place... I will use every social media platform available... I should not be wiping the tears of my teen because I was discriminated against for God knows what reason... Shame on you, you atrocious excuse for a human being... I’m not sure if you own Lucia’s, or if you just work there, BUT YOU SHOULD BE OUT OF A JOB!!

Rude and discriminatory. I do not understand how the mall has allowed this place to remain open, they must be really hard up for renters. This store won't let you try anything on if you 'look poor' or are overweight or do not look 'feminine' enough. Disgusting humans, I am very disappointed in the Northtown Mall. DO BETTER.

If there was a minus rating you would have it! Next ti.e don't be so judgy, it takes all kinds. Will never go to your shop and will tell all my friends and family not to shop there as well??

Clothing looks cheaply made and customer service is awful. Go somewhere else if you're looking for your dream dress. This place doesn't have it.

I am a store manager and I know about customer service. The people they have working at this store and the owners are rude and unprofessional. They questioned whether or not I could afford the dress I was looking at and didn’t want to even let me look at one that wouldn’t fit me unbeknownst to them I wasn’t looking for a dress for myself but one for a cousin of mine. I have never been treated more poorly. I will never return and will tell everyone I know about my experience there.

Very rude!! I was there to comparison shop for a prom dress for my daughter, with my daughter. We were told if not there to buy TODAY, we weren’t welcome. I explained we were comparison shopping today only, but were definitely buying later. She said only if we buy today we could look, as she is giving us a rude demeaning look. We left offended. We will buy a dress, but DEFFINATLY not from there.
