I have been a customer of Manual for 4 years. I had a person at the local Y recommend them because I was have some shoulder problems. My first massage was for 30 minutes and since then for an hour or more. I have found that the owner, who is also the masseuse , is friendly, knows her trade well. Don't let her size fool you. I find it refreshing that when you pay for an hour massage you get an hour. Its not a fancy place, but if your looking for a consistently good massage this is it. It is a shame that it is in a mall that doesn't support her craft. Its in a quiet out of the way part of the mall, near where the old Macys store was. Give it a try I think you will like it and come back. Walk ins welcome, and usually no wait.
