Great service by Mike!
I visited the Kiosk to have BYOP upgraded for my mother in law. She had an old iPhone 4s and I was giving her my iPhone 5s because I upgraded my phone. During the process there was a problem with the SIM and a new SIM too! Mike S. didn't give up. He took his time and tried a few different things and his tenacity finally paid off! He was able to get my mother in law's account setup on the 5s. She was very grateful as was I. Mike is professional and a pleasure to work with.
