I recently had a computer problem corrected at the Microsoft store at the Walt Whitman Mall. I never had a computer issue that I couldn't handle myself at home, so this was a new experience for me. I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the whole process. Brandon is a perfect gentleman and it was a pleasure dealing with him. I want to extend my thanks to the three technicians who worked on my computer. I understand they are: Brandon, Justin and Marc. Bravo!
