Great spot for great deals on beautiful watches. Nice to see a spot with a wide variety of Movado styles.
Train your Staff, if not always have someone at the Store that can take care of every and any problem
I bought a watch Saturday night 2/12/22 after the Movado associates charged me for the watch and I saw a different watch from the corner of my eye and asked politely if I can exchange for a different watch since ALL SALES ARE FINAL. They couldn't do the exchange because they had a new system and there wasn't a manager on duty. I was told to come back on Monday. Unacceptable I left the store very unhappy. Simple retail exchange It's protocol
Cool Store with Great Prices
Went to the mall looking for the old watch store that used to be there but instead found the new Movado store. They have a large selection, many brands, and awesome prices. Will definitely be shopping here again.
