No Star - Don't get your repairs for their "guaranteed products" through this shop. by ,
I am extremely disappointed with their Manager, Lisa and their customer service. I loved so many different pieces of their sealife jewelry. My friend purchased the saphire seahorse pendant for me, I purchased the turtle rose gold earrings with inlay and box necklace and for my 20th anniversary I got the wave diamond earrings. Early this year my necklace broke and I found the turtle earring lost it's inlay foot. I went into the Northshore Mall in Peabody MA to see about repairs since they guarantee their products. I'm sorry to say I never heard from them again unless I was the one making the calls to inquire. Months went by before I heard anything about the earring and they never called. For the necklace they told me it would be 2 weeks. It's closer to 7 weeks now. They finally called to tell me it's ready and I think with the poor service they can at least deliver to my home at no cost. The only concession Lisa, the Manager would do was wait until the earring came in and then she would ship both together. She "thought it would be best" this way. Certainly not for me the customer waiting way longer than the time promised. Now today finally I got the earring with no necklace. Calling the store yet another time I've gotten no assistance with sending the necklace to me at no cost. There were many other pieces I was on the verge of buying. We dive in my family (many times in Hawaii as well) so their sea life collection is very near and dear to my heart. At this point due to Lisa's lack of customer service I can't in all good conscience purchase anything from them again. I didn't think it was too much to ask to get it delivered at no charge for the lengthy delay considering the cost of this jewelry. When I told Lisa this she laughed at me and said she certainly doesn't make the profit on it. This was another clear case of her lack of customer service. At this point I have a letter into the President of the company. We'll see how they handle it.
