Efficient
I stopped in to get a 20 minute massage because that was all of the time that I had. I previously got massage therapy for 5 months and got massages 3x a week for one hour. Since those have ended I have dealt with the aches and pains without relief. I will return to get a massage weekly here. Within that short period I am able to get some relief.
Mall massage? YES
Loved my massage. I asked for 30 minutes but tech Kevin asked if I wanted the facial massage and hot stones. Sure why not.. I'm sure I received the deep intense massage because I felt like I was in the ring with Hulk Hogan. Talk about hurt so good. I've been dreaming about that massage and stretch for days. My sore body felt lighter, I slept better all week, and the tension I was experiencing in my neck is all but gone.
Only issue is outside mall noise and the massage area is just drawn curtains which is not nor does it feel very private. Next time I'll bring headphones
