Royal Jeweler in Grapevine Texas , was the worst experience I 've had dealing with Jewelry stores ! I was hounded by the staff as soon as I walked in the door ! I should have walked out the store , like my instincts told me ! They started fast talking slick about the 75% sale they had going on. They had all the jewelry marked up 900% higher than it's original price , they make you think their giving you a awesome deal ! Then hound and almost harass you into buying something ! I decided to buy a 10 karat bracelet , the price on the tag read 6,000 dollars , then she magically knocked that price down to 1500 dollars ! I refused to give her1500 in cash , so she decided to do me a favor and get approval to have it financed at 9% interest for 36 months ! I did get the approval , she hurried and boxed it up ! After buying the jewelry , she happen to mention to me , that the jewelry can not be returned for cash , you can do store credit for something in the store ! I made the worst mistake of my life , by believing they were honest individuals ! By the time I get done paying off this financed loan , I'll be paying 2500 dollars for a bracelet , that only worth 455 dollars according to the price of the weight and the price of 10 karat gold . I went to a authentic jeweler and they were honest enough to tell me the truth ! Im writing this review so noone else gets taking advantage of ! I learned a expensive lesson , to the toon of 2045 dollars for a 450 dollars bracelet , I'm going to try to send the brscelet back for something l really like sense I'm stuck with the loan ! Stay far away from this place.... they took advantage of my senior citizen Father and sold him a ring for my Mother and did not explain to him "NO RETURNS" and refused to allow him to return it 2 days after he purchased it... the diamonds were loaded with inclusions and was extremely overpriced.... shop somewhere else that has a return policy so you know they stand behind their product and are not just looking for their next mark
