I wish they had a negative star rating option because this place is a JOKE !!! I have had ZERO response and ZERO help with a defective product I purchased from Sears. That all the sudden they lost all my information and my original sales receipt that I was advised to mail to their corporate office in Il, I have been a dedicated and loyal customer for over 30 years now and have spent well over $10,000 dollars easily over those years. And now they have basically kicked me in the face with this last neglect to resolve this matter as all my local stores have now closed and the online customer care staff has either lied to me to shut me up and or have directed me to phone numbers that are no longer in service. or to e-mail sights that are no longer available = they LOST ALL MY INFOMATION and I am stuck with this defective product.
