Sears - Jackson, Tennessee 38305 - Old Hickory Mall

I was going to buy several items the young man (sales person at tool and appliance area) would not sell me items I was paying cash without me giving him my email. This upset me, I told him to keep item and if everyone was treated Like me the Jackson Store would wind up like k-mark in Jackson. I went to Lowes in Jackson bought washer, dryer and A Freezer with cash over $2,000 dollars. I will never go back in Sear stores in Jackson Tn. I am 67 years I spent a lot $ in Sears at Jackson for over 50 years. Sales people that are very rude to me the company will not get my $ even if I pay more somewhere else. I think Sears should know how The sale people at Sears are helping Lowes and other store in Jackson that are competitor of Sears by upsetting customers. Also the sale person was upset because I ask, Him the location of appliance he was busy talking to another Sears sale person. It sad to have a store like Sears in Jackson and have sale person that are so lazy they rather make a person upset than to sell products and receive $
