Hope you don't like audio with your picture
June 27, 2022: For the past week+ tv stations have been losing the audio and the picture tiles up. Same old story.
Terrible Service; terrible phone customer service
I've spent literally 3 hours on hold with suddenlink in the past 3 years. I've called tech support for outages between 10-20 times in the past 3 years. Now I'm showing my bill is $20 dollars more than it should be and just waited 15 minutes to speak to the billing department, so I brushed my teeth during that time. Someone picked up the line and then hung it up. No words. I would say I'm shocked, but I'm not. I literally said to myself, "Dont call them in the morning before you get your day started or it might make the day go bad" Its a unreal shame this is the taste they leave in EVERYONES mouth that I know in central Louisiana
