STAY AWAY
So went to the mall today to get a new pair of sunglasses. Found some that were pretty expensive but I liked them and decided to get them for summer. The clerk, rang up my purchase. I used my debit card and the transaction went through. He then told me the transaction didn’t go through and I would have to swipe out again. I refused to do that and checked my online banking on my cell and sure enough, the transaction had already been posted to my account. I showed him the post and he still refused to give me my glasses because he said the transaction “didn’t show up on his end”. I called my bank and they verified that the transaction had in fact already posted. The clerk still refused to give me my glasses. Now I am out a lot of money with nothing to show for it. He did offer to give me 20 percent off my next purchase which means I will be paying 80 percent for (you got it -NOTHING!) I did get him to sign a piece of paper saying I never received the merchandise and now I have to go file a fraud report with my bank. Uggggg. I will never, never, never go back there again. Just a heads up Huntsville.
