Terrible customer service. Drove 40 miles one way to obtain support and ended up having to send my phone through the mail. My phone is only 2 months old and already not functioning properly. The staff at this store were completely unhelpful and made no attempt at all to help me even though the issue was an easy fix. Go to the Nashville store or even better just mail your phone in.
