The manager is completely unprofessional and rude; her employees are ill-informed.
ZERO STARS. I recently purchased a product from this store & was told by Natalie that due to covid protocol, they’re unable to assist in color matching for the customers. I asked if I may exchange a product if the shade wasn’t right, she said yes I could. I returned to the store to exchange and was met by a extremely rude manager who refused to exchange. Managers should fix their employees mistakes not talk with an attitude.
