I brought my daughter and a friend here to buy necklaces. They had an appt. and when they told the older woman that approached them she just stared at them blankly. Poor customer service from here. Lackluster, cold. No special experience. I had to tell the woman to put the necklaces they bought in boxes. When my daughter opened hers there was a knot in the chain of the necklace she bought. Both girls were polite and said please and thank you multiple times. They did not receive the same consideration in return. Never again. They deserved better!
