Poor employee attitude
Usually very good customer service, unfortunately this time it was an employee who gave very poor customer service who lied that she was the manager of the store when asked for a manager. However Matt the manager on duty handled the situation extremely professionally and promised to put some sense into the employee who was rude, condescending and unprofessional.
Total wine needs to hire better employees
Otherwise I love this store and it’s customer service. Today’s experience seems to be rather an anamoly.
