Poor quality, lie about warranties!! Shouldn't be in business
I bought a $210 Gold ring. $200 is not cheap but I loved the ring and I was in a hurry. 1st of all, the gem and gold placement that the gem was in, fell off within 3 days! So I went to see what they could do for me. Supposedly the owner was on vacation so I spoke to some random helper who acted like she didnt know much, she said no problem we will fix it. I said-" I dont know if I want this ring, it broke after 3 days. Fix it and then have the owner to call me so I can get an exvhange set up. I don't want to be stuck with a ring that keeps breaking" so they fixed it. 1 week later, still no call back from owner, I called 3 times and the prongs bent and gem,fell out again!! The owner said- we only guarantee 1 fix. This is the same as any store. Theres nothing I can do for you, he didn't even apolgize or give me any explanation to why he didnt call. He just wants to rip people off, don't go to this store!!!
