Fixed My Gran's Necklace in 30 minutes

I’m very happy
I’ve been looking for a specific necklace for some time now and I haven’t had any luck, I came in out of curiosity I walked in and they assured me they could have the necklace ordered in in a week I am absolutely satisfied with my purchase. Ive come back a few times after that to purchase my wedding rings and a necklace for my daughters graduation. Very reasonable with prices and they also have layaway. I will definitely be back.
Worst Jewelry store ever
This is the worst jewelry store I've ever brought jewelry from. Since May of 2019 I've purchased a 10k gold rope for my son, a 10kt white gold chain and my husband got our anniversary rings from here along with a necklace and some earrings to match. I've reported several times about the quality of my sons chain. My husband's chain just fell off of his neck without even touching it in which he lost some of the beads that was on there. My husband's wedding band lost a supposedly diamond after not having it for more than 30 days. This is the worst jewelry store by far.
DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE
Not a good place to spend your money. HORRIBLE, absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. They are nice until you spend your money and you run into a problem. Be forewarned.
