Unhappy Customer!
Went to Verizon yesterday spoke with the girl and she sound like she knew what she was talking about. Even if i walked out of the store disappointed, i decided to call Verizon's 800 number. Within 5 minutes of talking to customer service it turns out the info the girl gave me was incorrect, i was entitle to a replacement phone. While in Eatontown the girl was telling me i had to pay 200.00. After being well taken care of with CS i decided to call Eatontown to let the girl know she had the wrong info so the next customer wouldn't have to go through this. I called asked for the girl who helped me and with some hesitation on the other end, he tells me shes in the bathroom. So i leave my number so she can call me back. It's a whole new day and they never returned my call. How rude! Avoid Eatontown at all cost!!
