I have even talked to some agent in Manila who can not help me. All I want is an 8 by 11 sheet with all my cable listings on it. I hav been a customer since 2013. I think it is time to go to Verizon!

We have four or five accounts with Comcast and I honestly wish I had another choice. Every time there is any kind of issue I am left on hold for way too long and then end up fighting with their computer generated voice system which likes to tell me, "You can say ..." I just want to speak to an agent!!!! The issue I always have is not one of the choices the computer likes to give me. How many times do I need to be forced to deal with a computer when all I want is a human being? This is the second or third time that when I return equipment they have no record of it, even though they scan the equipment and often have account numbers associated with the return. I have been charged for returned equipment over and over again. I have been a loyal and very good customer for over thirty years and always pay my bills. This is total abuse!!!
