Absolutely horrible customer service. I walked into the store Friday night and there was no clerk in sight. Finally, a guy came in and walked into the back room and a female clerk walked up to the desk. Neither one made contact with me nor greeted me. I picked up my purchase and sat it down on the counter. The female clerk continued working on a product and never looked up. I stood there 2-3 minutes and she continued to work on her candle without acknowledging me. After standing there and being totally ignored I turned around and walked out of the store.
