Outstanding Experience
After our team-building self defense class was cancelled at the last minute, we ended up at Yankee Candle company in the mall and decided to make our own scented candles. Blaike was very welcoming and made the experience exceptional! Although he was the only one running the store, he made sure that we knew exactly what to do, gave his own personal suggestions and went above and beyond to make sure that we were truly happy with our selections. He even added a special touch of sneaking in personalized notes with each of our candles when we picked them up. Disappointed that our original plans had been abruptly canceled, Blaike turned our frowns upside-down!
