I wish I could give no stars I live in Jackson have had to make four trips to Ann Arbor to pick up my ring two trips were unwarranted because the employees did not inspect my ring when it arrived back in the store after a third trip to get my ring when they called I specifically told them to check it they said they did I arrive to get it and it still got a burn mark on it I refuse to let them send it back staff was not very concerned I’m done zal
