Poor Customer Service
Purchased from Zales. Customer service was going well. However, once I was offered a credit card the representative became extremely pushy. I rejected the offer, three times. And soon, her attitude changed drastically. It went to a point when she took a phone call and suddenly here coworker finshed the transaction for us. She never spoke to us again nor thanked us for our purchase.
