Took my wife's ring in to get it sized down a whole size, waited 2wks on it and when we got it back it was terrible, they made the band very thin, it wasnt straight and there was a sharp spot on it where they had cut the band and didnt fix it back rite, so my wife and I took it back to the store and showed them, after the ladies excuses with it she did agree to send it back off, we waited another almost 2wks on it, we looked the back band area over good to make sure it was thicker and wider and that the sharp spot was fixed and it was pretty good this time, however when we left the store and got home and was in good lighting we noticed that the front of the ring where there was white gold plating around some of the diamonds had been removed and it was all gold now like the rest of the ring, they had polished it all off, this is a very horrible place to go, I am now going to find a place to take my wife's ring to and have it fixed since this place cant seem to get it done rite, they continue to mess it up!! I recommend if you are buying jewelry or trying to get something fixed to read this places reviews and see what several others have said as well, there are many other jewelry places, dont waste time here
