Worst Customer Service and Management
Worst customer service and a very rude manager. They made shopping a very unpleasant experience for me at ZARA. I can't return an item because their system of customer management is not flexible to meet the needs of customers during COVID.This is the right of a customer to be able to return an item with the recipe and within the acceptable timeftime and be treated with respect. Not only I couldn't return my item, but the manager was really rude and yelled at me and left as I was asking about how I can return the item. If they don't have enough patience for their customers, maybe they are not fit for this kind of job.
