The lines were ridiculous, waiting over 30 mins to pay for items is inaceptable, and after being on line so long on top of that you had to pay .10 cents for a bag.
Was unable to find a sales person to help me finding what I needed., that was frustrating as well.

I visited Zara Plaza Las Americas, San Juan PR on 11/08/15 around 12:15 pm. Excellent store. But the person (a young man) in the fitting room was rude with me. Young persons should be patient with older persons.
