Zara at Old Orchard ??
Ona huge MESS that I couldn’t find anything. 4th of July one of the biggest sale and they closed fitting room about 1pm.The customer service is horrific. No more ZARA at Old Orchard! Only I lost my time.
ZARA at Old Orchard is AWFUL
The customer service is horrific! Dirty, messy, slow and not helpful in the slightest! I have no problem paying a substantial amount of money for beautiful clothes but if the customer service is anything like what was experienced here, I wouldn't give them a penny! This place is absolutely disgusting! Be prepared to spend a whole lot longer than you ever expected to if you decide to shop here
Bad!!!!
Orders are not shipped on time. Rude sales people. No one knows anything about merchandise. There is no tracking numbers if your order is delayed.
