Concerned Driver
Impossible visibility from merge lane onto TPC Pkwy toward Hwy 281 from parking lot in front of Target going downhill. There’s a traffic light, but an optional merge lane. I could not see over the decorative grasses planted there. Traffic coming over hill is traveling quite fast. Please put SAFETY before beauty.
