Sad that this beautiful Mall isn't thriving after the new owner said it would. What will it take to wake up! Support local...

Wow. I just came from there & struggle for words to describe what I saw. Let me start by saying I went there last night at 7:15 and saw that they close at 7:00. It’s the Christmas season, the week of Christmas in fact, with businesses all across the land struggling to make it and the mall is closed at 7:00. The week of Christmas. If ever there was a time to grab lost revenue, Prime Outlets of Lebanon missed it. There are absolutely no lights on in the parking lot. Not only is that a scary place to be for a woman and child, I’d think it would be an enormous liability. I needed to go to Bath and Body Works & while strolling down the sidewalk I saw only one other business open on that side of the mall, the rest were empty, black slots where stores used to be. I remember when this mall opened in the 90’s and recall people circling the parking lot waiting for a spot to open up. So incredibly sad to see the potential and to be a frustrated local that has to go elsewhere to buy Christmas gifts (or anything else one might have need to go to the mall for) because there’s a large, used-to-be-hopping, used to have big name stores, mall sitting there falling away to nothing. Makes me wonder WHO is running that place, teenagers? Obviously the businessmen have dropped the ball.

Lebanon Outlet Marketplace already has a new owner, it is no longer part of the Simon's group, so I hope it will be better and bring some new interesting stores and restaurants. I always like to go shopping there...
