Great Customer Service
Had a small mixup with my online order. Was told by phone to go to my nearest Kay which is the one at Wellington Mall. Stephanie did a top notch job figuring out the problem with my order, then went out of her way to make calls, check inventory and didn't let up until she was able to not only straighten out my issue, but fix it. She easily could have passed the buck, but instead she resolved my issue. It was my wifes birthday present, so it was important. Thank you to Stephanie, and the Wellington Mall Kay Jewelers.
