Terrible, terrible, terrible. by ,
The mall security is probably the biggest to Blame for the decline in this malls value. This mall is like North Korea, or a Nazi concentration camp. You’ll feel like a criminal in this mall every single time you visit. Total lack of hospitality. Boca mall is the way to go, very welcoming environment, and not security & police around every corner.

The mall is nice and clean but you don’t have this store : Ann Taylor, Ann Taylor Loft and Talbots what is wrong with you people and also you need more security personal..
