Great Customer Service
I went into the store and was looking for a specific bag which this store didn't have in stock.
The Sales Consultant Elaine, could not have been more helpful. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the different products.
The item I wanted was not in stock so she told me she would try to get it but it was very hard to get and the closest store that had it in stock was in SOHO. That was not going to work.
On Wednesday I received a phone call from her telling me she had located the purse. I was so happy.
On top of all that, there was a UPS delivery problem which she handled even though it was her day off.
I am so impressed with Elaine, I don't think I would have got the bag if it wasn't for Elaine.
I can't wait to shop again.
