I really love Zara! I generally make most of my purchases online. Even though I would love to do so in store. The wait times are absolutely ridiculous. 15 to 20 people in the line every time. it is very disheartening! associates are so rude and not helpful. I asked about some thing! And was told if you didn’t see it, it’s not here! So unfortunate. A lot of my colleagues have talked about how they have completely stopped going…

I spend thousands of dollars with Zara. I picked up an online order on 1/15/2022 from Lenox Mall in Atlanta, GA. One of the boxes was supposed to contain boots. I arrived home and there were no boots in the box. I called the location and Zara's customer service number and of course I received a recording.I believe that this was intentional and one of the store employees took the boots from the box. I had another box & couldn't tell they were miss
