Terrible policy and customer service
My wife called customer service for price adjustment and she was advised to go to store. We drove all the way to the store and they said customer service made a mistake. Called the same number and I was told the manager is busy call later. Call later same answer. After year of loyal customer in different countries Bye Zara. I went there the day returned everything. Will never go there anymore. No more Zara brand for our family
