Retail Store Manager
This location has a staff with the worst customer service skills that I have ever encountered. Most are rude, unprofessional, and if you ask a question the reaction is as if they are inconvienced to answer and or look for an item. I encounter this behavior each time
I go in that store, I only go to this location because of convience.
Zara people can spend their money anywhere. The company need to make sure they are hiring the right talent that knows how to engage the customer and deliver a wow experience. This has been going on so long at this location that I am wondering if this is the company"s culture. Maybe try hiring well experienced SM and ASM that know how to run a business and know how to coach and develop along with providing feedback to their team. Everyone employed seem to be in their early 20's to mid 20's that includes the SM. Which speaks volume to the level of customer service.
