Terrible Management
Pro Tip: Shop at AllSaints instead!
I was gifted a pair of jeans and the zipper broke the first day I put them on. I live south so it's not often that I get back up to the domain. I finally get out there and the manager told me that she couldn't return the jeans for store credit and that she also couldn't replace the jeans with another pair because they weren't in rotation anymore.
How can you sell someone a defected product and then tell them they're stuck with it when you're a franchise that large. Retail management at its finest. Absolute garbage! Hire a new manager, train better, make your clothes durable!
